Had done communications skills today...hmm..had much fun today with teh group and class as we are doing a skit for out presentation. It was like so funny...omg..The topic today is is ur head a slave to ur heart? Is something more about emotions actucally. Whereby we had 3 videos done. 1st is about world without emotions, second one is about respecting people's emotions and lastly is about a normal world with emotions.
yeah...Emotions is essencial in our life in order to make life a more coulorful one =)
Went to 883 today to get the medicine that mum wants at the Clinic. The doctor does not allow me to buy it as i brought the medicine like 1 year ago ? It is actucally a cream for ezema(allergic). Therefore i had to see the doctor. well, since i am already there i shall tell the doctor about my acne problem. Is liek i does not have pimples last time, now i have it like on my forehead, some part of my cheeks and my chin, It is so irritating !! The doc says i am too
stress? Hmm...well..maybe...i shall not give myself so much stress till
pimples pop all over my face... and shall drink more water..eat more veggie/fruits/enough sleep (daily at 11pm ??)(YA RIGHT)..AGRH !!

Erthromycin EES (an antibotics) to help clear my acne !!
